Amalfi Coast Private Boat Charter: Your Exclusive Day at Sea

At Amalfi Coast Dream, we believe luxury is defined by seamless service and total flexibility. That is why we offer a truly personalized experience: we can pick you up everywhere you want along the coast. Whether you are staying in a private villa in Positano, a luxury hotel in Sorrento, or a hidden gem in Praiano. Your private captain will be waiting at the nearest pier to begin your journey.

While every trip is customizable to your rhythm, here is the “Dream” route of the heart of the coast:

  • Departure from Sorrento (if you are there): Your journey begins as you glide past the towering limestone cliffs.
  • Regina Giovanna & Punta Campanella: Discover ancient Roman ruins and the legendary point where the Gulf of Naples meets the Gulf of Salerno.
  • The Hidden Inlets: Drop anchor for a swim in the turquoise waters of Marina del Cantone or the secluded Tordigliano Beach.
  • Positano (Free Time): Step ashore to explore the “Vertical City’s” pastel-colored streets.

  • Fiordo di Furore: Snap a photo of Italy’s most famous fjord, a breathtaking natural bridge over a hidden beach.
  • Emerald Grotto & Conca dei Marini: Visit the glowing sea caves or enjoy a world-class lunch at a waterfront restaurant accessible only by boat.
  • Amalfi (Free Time): Wander through the historic maritime republic and visit the magnificent Cathedral of St. Andrea.
  • Li Galli Island: Conclude your day snorkeling around the “Dolphin Island”

Stop Watching the Coast. Start Living It.

Most travelers spend their vacation standing in long lines for ferries or squeezed onto crowded group boats. You deserve more than a standard view. By choosing a private charter, you aren’t just booking a boat. You are securing privacy, prestige, and the freedom to dictate your own afternoon. You decide when to anchor for a swim, which grottoes to explore, and exactly how long to linger over a glass of chilled Prosecco as the sun hits the cliffs.

Amalfi Coast Private Boat Charter: Conclusions

The most breathtaking spots on the Amalfi Coast are hidden from the road and unreachable by ferry. Don’t leave your Italian memories to chance. Secure your date with us (inquire with our agent, bottom-right) and ensure your day on the water. Let’s design your perfect escape.

Travelers might ask if they can be picked up directly from their hotel. This depends on whether your hotel has a private pier (like Il San Pietro). Most tours depart from the main dock in Sorrento (where we are) or Positano, Amalfi, Capri etc (Ps we can also pick you up from the last mentioned docks). For a private tour we are at your disposal.

This is a highlight for many. Popular spots like Restaurant Cantuccio in Nerano are only accessible (or best reached) by boat. Captains will usually drop you off and wait, but you must book these restaurants weeks in advance. This is a high recommendation if you really desire to enjoy a lunch by the seaside. We can make the reservation for you when you book the boat tour with us, just ask and we will make it happen.
