Yes. A deposit or full payment by card is required to secure your tour date and boat. The remaining balance may be paid in cash directly to your captain on the day of the tour or settled through a secure payment link up to 24 hours before departure. In some cases, PayPal may be used to collect the deposit depending on the season or specific circumstances.

Our primary departure ports are Sorrento (Marina Piccola), Positano, Amalfi, and Capri (Marina Piccola). We also offer custom pickups upon request. You can select your preferred starting point during the booking process.

Yes, our private tours are 100% customizable, letting you tailor the day to your pace and preferences within the chosen itinerary at any time of your trip. While we provide suggested routes, your captain or dedicated agent can work with you to adjust stops for swimming, grotto visits, or waterfront dining based on your interests.

Really, you just need to show up and enjoy the day! We recommend bringing swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear, along with some cash for onshore shopping, entry fees (Blue Grotto, Capri chairlift, etc.), or captain gratuity. While most places accept cards, having some cash on hand is always a good idea.

Yes, absolutely. Your dedicated agent will share restaurant options for you to choose from, and we’ll make the reservation based on your preferred dining time. Alternatively, your captain can arrange the reservation on the day of the tour.

All our staff members are multilingual, speaking fluent English and Italian and Spanish. Spanish-speaking captains are available upon availability. This ensures clear communication for safety, local storytelling, and a fully personalized experience.

You can park in one of the garages in the main square (approx. €25/day) and walk 10 minutes to the marina. Alternatively, parking at the Marina is available (approx. €50/day). We recommend arriving early during the busy summer months. Our staff can assist with sending over directions.
